L. pumila - or Sophronitis pumila like
some people call it now (read taxonomists) - is from the states of
Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais in Brazil where it grows
at altitudes of 600-1300m.
I grow this one mounted and give it bright light, loads of water and intermediate conditions.
During winter it gets a fairly dry rest and night temps down to 12°C.
Pseudobulbs: 7-8cm, leaf size: 12-13cm, flowersize: 9-10cm.
