Masdevallia erinacea is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Panama at altitudes of 650 - 2000m.

This is a small plant with really weird flowers! The leaves are about 40mm (1 3/5") long and the flowers 10mm (2/5"). Tails 5mm (1/5").

I grow my plant mounted in intermediate - warm conditions.
